2. Purchases and Payments

4.2 Refunds: Refunds for damaged or defective artworks will be processed at our discretion, either as a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by GS Nagi Art.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items: Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
