GS NAGI ART is the studio of Gurjinder Singh Nagi. He draws Sikh history by hand: the Gurus, the Sahibzade, the Khalsa, and the Shaheeds of 1984. Every piece starts as an original illustration built up over weeks of reference work. Nothing is generated and nothing is traced.

Each artwork is printed to order as a museum-grade giclée on 260gsm archival cotton rag, then gallery-framed in a 1.5-inch black wooden frame and shipped ready to hang. There are two sizes, starting at $2,500.00, and shipping across India is free.

How each piece is made

    What was worn, what was carried, who was present. Getting this wrong in a devotional or memorial piece is not a small error.

    Hand illustration

    Drawn line by line over several weeks. No stock elements, no AI generation, no tracing over photographs.

    Colour proofing

    Each finished piece is test-printed and colour-matched until the print matches the original rather than an approximation of it.

    Framing and dispatch

    Printed on 260gsm archival cotton rag, fitted into a 1.5-inch black wooden frame, then packed in a corner-protected crate and tracked to your door.

Choosing a piece for your home

Which size should I pick?

For a wall above a sofa or a bed, 24 × 32 inches holds the space without crowding it. For a hallway, a study, or a gallery arrangement of several pieces, 18 × 24 inches works better.

Where should devotional art go?

Traditionally these pieces are hung where they can be seen on entering a room, at or above eye level, and out of direct sunlight. Keeping them out of the sun also protects the pigment.

How do I care for it?

Keep it out of direct sun and away from a bathroom or kitchen wall where steam collects. Dust the frame with a dry cloth. Nothing else is needed.

Is it suitable as a gift?

It arrives framed and packed in a protective crate, so it can be given as it is. Tell us at checkout if it is a gift and we will leave the invoice out of the parcel.

Are these original paintings or prints?

Every artwork begins as an original hand illustration by Gurjinder Singh Nagi. What you order is a museum-grade giclée print of that original, framed in the studio. The original illustration itself is not for sale.

Does the price include the frame?

Yes. Every piece is supplied gallery-framed in a 1.5-inch black wooden frame, fitted in the studio and ready to hang. There is nothing further to buy.

What sizes are available?

Two sizes: 18 x 24 inches and 24 x 32 inches, both measured as the framed artwork. The larger size suits a wall above a sofa or a bed. The smaller one works better in a hallway or a study.

How long will the colours last?

Pigment inks on acid-free cotton rag are rated well beyond a century of colour life when kept out of direct sunlight. This is the same process galleries and museums use for fine-art reproduction.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes, tracked and insured. Framed pieces travel in a corner-protected crate with a glass-free acrylic front, so nothing shatters in transit. Shipping within India is free.

How long does an order take?

Each piece is printed and framed only after you order, so allow a few working days for production before dispatch. You receive a tracking link as soon as it leaves the studio.

What if it arrives damaged?

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will reprint and reship it. Full details are in our refund policy.

Can I order a size that is not listed?

Write to us before ordering. Custom sizes are possible on some artworks, depending on the resolution of the original illustration. If a size would not hold up we will say so.
